woah it has been a week since i last updated. so this time i m going to update abt the.. COMBINED UG CAMP! had our commitee meeting at 1.50pm b4 the camp. found out tt my 2IC WAS NO LONGER NG YUXUAN! was super duper ultra sad canT.T dun ask me y cos i dunno y i will be so sad oso. then a girl called shina became by 2IC. when i got to know then a lot of ppl came telling me shina very bad/shina will try to usurp ur position/proud then i got more sad when i heard tt. but still things cannot be changed,no point whining after the briefing played a little of basketball and then the camp started. was the 3rd ic of ALPHA. 1st ic was geng lin from NCC,2nd ic shina from NPCC got there and saw tt most of my grps were... MALAYS. not being racist or anything la,jus tt becos there are malays,hard to and i dun wan to psycho them to join BB. then got one particular malay guy called...dunno how to spell his name but in APLHA we know him as BOY. when he saw me the first thing he asked me was, "u sec 4 ah? y so short?" =='' how am i suppose to ans,so i din ans and jus asked him to stand up showing tt i am much taller than him WAHAHAHA. wait there with the squad with quite a long time,doing a bit admin here and there,waiting for the games committee to get rdy. then finally the games was rdy,first we made a grp flag. FIRST TIME IT IS NOT ME WHO IS DOING THE FLAG! WAHAHAHA! then in the middle of doing flag,some ppl chose to call us sec4s to meet up to tell us abt the upcoming bdae celebration for mrbenny ,a npcc teacher and yanying. went around with the squad to play games like stepping stones,charlie dash,whacko etc etc. after tt was field cooking, was supposed to be helping my squad ALPHA but TIAN FENG dragged me to BB side cos they say not enugh ppl.but in the end... i was running here and there betweem the two sides=='' it was at this moment when i realise the sec1s are really spoilt,well actually i realised long ago becos i met a boy named BOY. they dunno how to cook maggie mee, after they cook still mus help them bring the messting down,some dun even noe how to open a can. after field cooking,clear up.then it was night walk.had a mass debrief with alpha and another grp,forget which grp le,kwaiga's grp bravo? cant remember. well when we having debrief some other committee were having their dinner becos they help out jus now. yes nth wrong with tt but i find it absolutely irritated when someone refuse to clear up their own mess. after the WHOLE nightwalk,sec1s bathed and went to sleep. then all the sec4s start slacking at the podium. this was the most fun part of the camp really. we were jus sitting there,with our friends,listening to music,looking at the stars. talking on the walkie talkie when we were jus next to each other. isn't it so nice,the feeling dunno hwo describe la,it's like a break u know,from the stressful life. ya and some ppl chose to play soccer when we told them not to. we were all actually waiting for someone to tell us when is the bdae celebration. finally at 1am the bdae celebration went on. sang happy birthdae to my benny,npcc teacher and yanying. when we all began to sit down,all feeling so tired and dead,someone chose to say "mr benny u got bring extra clothes rite?" had a mass debrief while having cake. well actually was forced to eat the cake cos mr benny PERSONALLY brought the cake to me so nochoice. after debrief went to bath and slept at abt 3am. actually was sleeping at six tables line up together(i m tall ;D)with a sleeping bag as my pillow but then in the middle of the night felt cold then switched to the floor with my sleeping bag. woke up at abt 5.30 i think. then went to wash up,walk around,went bac to sleep all the way to 6.40! OMG cos we were supposed to fall in at 6.30 mah. then i jus bu zhi bu que di fall asleep le. morning PT.pei sec1s run but din pei them do those push ups or anything cos was busy preparing breakfast.cheese and i was incharge of spreading butter on the bread while others was jam:D(ok totally random)jianlun is kind enugh to buy teh and kopi for us =D THKZ JIAN LUN! watched them do pt while preparing breakfast. some ppl chose to treat the sec1s as their cadets,and expect them to do perfect push ups. some ppl chose to show off by doing one hand push ups. sec1s took all the bread and sec4s only hav biscuits to it. some ppl chose to say things like"sec4s sry ah,got to sacrifice,only can eat biscuits"making it sounds as if sec4s veri wei da,well actually we are not. after breakfast,changed into full-u for the UG showcase. BB was doing orienteering and tent pitching.well me and sk did the tent part while eric and dexter did the map part. realise tt BB room was really...untidy.sick of cleaning it le and not going to clean it again since my efforts were not appreciated at all. after UG showcase lunched. then amazing race. eric and i was incharge of the BB station which was infront of the chem lab. ya,find 2 planks,count the no of squares tt can be formed by the lockers outside the chem lab. quite fun actually.especially hiding the planks. but soon ran out of hiding places. after the showcase was drill time.was raining so had to do it in the canteen. five UGs,each taking one grp all crowded at the canteen lol.so commands were ringing thru out the canteen. well some sec1s pick up fast while some pick up slow. I AM HAPPY TO SAY TT DELTA LEARNS FAST! but there wasnt enugh time to teach them besurai. oh yeah abt besurai. five UGs so five different besurai la. then we chose to do it the BB and GB way. then some ppl chose to complain abt tilting their head to the left while saluting during the besurai.WOW,arguing abt tilting ur head to the left. after drill was area cleaning cum debrief. those took only abt 45 mins so still have sometime to teach them besurai. after tt ,prize presentation,debrief for sec1s then the mass fall out parade. so nice can! (i think) at least the sec4s did alright.all bang together soooooooooo NICE! BESU-RAI! turn check,check, up check,down check, left right left BANG! UG! then everyone was cheering cos the camp was successful! AND ENDED OFF IN A VERY NICE WAY! then phototaking.individual grp then hierachy. then it was flag lowering. ok solemn affair. everyone was waiting,and waiting for chengtuan to command.waiting waiting... then suddenly amelia turned around and looked at chengtuan then everyone burst out laughing cos we were like standing there for abt 1 min and nth has happened while we were expecting sumthing to happen.LOLS then after tt cheng tuan commanded HORMAT KAHADAPAN,HORMAT! w/o SEDIYA-ing US FIRST! THEN EVERYONE BEGAN LAUGHING AGAIN then quiet again. then finally got it right, watch the flag getting lowered. i sang the national anthem,then tsu kian began singing oso,and off tune oso,then simin may mariz me tsukian began laughing.WE WERE ALL LIKE REI ZHU BU YAO XIAO LA! finally falg got lowered everything was over then WE LAUGH LIKE SIAO CAN! HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA! SUPER FUNNY LA! cos we were all like trying veri hard not to laugh,in the end i think some of us tio nei shang means internal injury. then while changing in BB room,we were told to clean up the drain cos the sec1s jus basically jus push everything inside the drain while doing area cleaning for the field cooking. stjohn came to help. NPCC came to help. GB sort of helped i think. but where is NCC? ran off mus be. ya then went hm alone ;D thru out this camp.(adapted from jieting's blog) ppl with no authority tried to command those with authority. ppl with no authority interrupting ppl with authority. ppl do the wrong things at the wrong time. ppl with no authority expect the ppl with authority to help them clean up their mess. ppl with no authority went out of sch without permission ppl with no authority blaming with those with authority when they were the ones in the wrong. ppl with no authority tried to command ALL the sec4s ppl with no authority expect us to wait for them. ppl jus slack when there r things to be done. ppl pretending to be noble. ppl pretending to be ahbeng. ppl trying to act zai. ppl spoke vulagarities in front of sec1s ppl did things without consulting the camp commandant. ppl who are jus plain stupid. hope tt these ppl would pls wake up and stop acting like u r the boss of the camp and of us OK? after all,u are jus a MERE......
